Built for Indian fleets of 5–75 trucks
Freightel is the whole transport office in one system — dispatch, live tracking, compliance, drivers, payroll and Tally — and it prices every trip the day it closes, not at month end.
No new hardware — keep the GPS you already pay for. Running live at a 40-truck fleet in Bhiwandi today.

The problem
Most fleet offices run four systems that never speak to each other: a GPS tracker, a paper or Excel trip book, fuel receipts in a drawer, and an accountant who closes the month three weeks late. Every one of them is accurate. None of them answers the only question that decides whether the fleet grows — did this trip, on this route, at this rate, make money?
By the time the loss shows up in the books, the truck has run four more trips on the same rate.
How it works
Nothing changes about how you run trucks. What changes is that the arithmetic happens by itself.
Route, party, vehicle, driver, tote counts, trip ID — the same fields already on your trip sheet, typed instead of written. Pick a saved route and the distance fills itself.
Diesel, advance, toll, parking, repairs — entered from the phone as they happen. The vehicle's live position and covered distance stream in beside them.
The moment the trip closes you see the net — with EMI and insurance apportioned across the days the truck actually ran, and the POD on file before anything is marked complete.
The money layer
Freight minus every cost booked to the trip, with fixed costs apportioned by running days. The product is this screen.
Which trucks earn and which quietly don’t. The answer usually surprises the owner.
Advances given, expenses approved, balance settled per trip — and monthly pay computed for salaried, daily-wage and per-trip drivers alike.
GST invoices raised from the trips you already entered, with who owes what and for how long.
Import your Tally vouchers, export portal entries as Tally-ready XML, and reconcile the two side by side. Automatic with a connector, or by file — no re-typing at month end.
Salaries with PF/ESI/PT, loans recovered EMI by EMI, staff claims, full & final settlements — the money layer covers the people too.
Built-in intelligence
The munshi's handwritten register page, photographed on a phone. Freightel reads the serial number, trip ID, route, tote tally, toll amounts — even messy handwriting — and fills the trip entry for a human to check and save. No re-typing, no migration project.
Every tracked trip's live distance is compared against what the sheet claims. A gap of 10% or more is flagged and priced at your own cost per kilometre — padded kilometres and unbilled running both stop hiding.
Revenue, cost and profit per driver over six months, side by side. The driver who runs the most trips is often not the one earning you the most — Freightel shows you which is which.
Put each truck's EMI and insurance premium on its record once, and every trip carries its fair share for the days it ran. A trip that looks profitable before fixed costs gets an honest second line.
Define the corridor at dispatch. Going off-route or overrunning the planned distance raises an alert the same hour — not a surprise in next month's diesel bill.
The operations layer
Every vehicle on one map, with public share links your customer can open without an account.
Define the route at dispatch. Off-route and distance-overrun raise alerts while the trip is still running — not in next month’s diesel bill.
RC, insurance, fitness, PUC, permit and licences with expiry alerts — and a vehicle grounds itself before a lapsed paper meets a checkpost.
Job cards, parts, downtime hours and service-due reminders, so the workshop stops being a black hole.
Every fill and toll logged against the trip, with anomalies flagged automatically.
Photos from every side, Aadhaar to licence on file, attendance, idle-day pay rules and a portal drivers see — separate from the office.
Attendance, leave, shift roster, overtime, appraisals, probation, employment letters — requested by staff, approved by you.
Expenses, sheet edits and record changes go through approval, and every action lands in an audit log with who, what and when.
People & payroll
A transport company is two workforces with different rules. Freightel treats them that way instead of forcing drivers into an HR system built for desks.
shows where the truck is — and nothing about what the trip earned.
shows last month — three weeks after the rate stopped making sense.
shows what was written — until somebody has to add it up by hand.
Freightel is the one system that runs the trip and prices it.
